01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website at www.precena.com.my, submitting any form, downloading any material, or engaging any service offered by Precena Strategic Partners Sdn. Bhd., you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or engage our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, program participants, and any other persons who access or use our website or services.
02 About Precena
Precena Strategic Partners Sdn. Bhd. is a company incorporated in Malaysia, operating as part of the Precena Strategic Partners group — a Japan-based training and human resource development organisation with over 20 years of experience across Asia Pacific.
Registered office: Q Sentral, Common Ground, Unit 39-02 (East Wing), 2A, Jalan Stesen Sentral 2, Kuala Lumpur Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Services offered include Corporate Training & Workshops, Coaching & Assessment, Consultation & Advisory, and the Precena AI Division.
03 Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable Malaysian or international laws
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems
- Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content without our prior written consent
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms without notice.
04 Services and Programmes
All training programmes, consulting services, coaching engagements, and AI advisory services are subject to a separate service agreement or programme confirmation between Precena and the client or participant.
Public programmes: Seats are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an accepted purchase order. Precena reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a public programme if minimum participant numbers are not met, in which case registered participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to the next available date.
In-house programmes: Delivery is governed by the terms of the signed engagement letter or proposal accepted by the client organisation.
AI Division services: Consulting, advisory, and agent design engagements are subject to a separate statement of work agreed prior to commencement.
05 Fees, Payments and Cancellations
All fees are quoted exclusive of SST unless otherwise stated. SST will be applied where required under Malaysian tax law.
Cancellation by participant:
- 14 or more days before the programme date: full refund
- 7–13 days before: 50% refund
- Fewer than 7 days before, or no-shows: no refund
- Substitutions are accepted at any time at no additional charge
Cancellation by Precena: Registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer. Precena is not liable for any consequential costs such as travel or accommodation.
06 HRD Corp Claimable Programmes
Precena Strategic Partners Sdn. Bhd. is a registered HRD Corp Training Provider. The following conditions apply:
- Claim eligibility and approved amounts are determined by HRD Corp, not Precena
- Participants or sponsoring organisations are responsible for submitting claims in accordance with HRD Corp's procedures and deadlines
- Precena will provide necessary attendance records, invoices, and programme documentation upon request
- Any shortfall between the programme fee and the approved claim amount remains the responsibility of the participant or sponsoring organisation
07 Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, programme frameworks, training materials, case studies, and the 4D Framework (Discover, Decide, Design, Duplicate) — is the intellectual property of Precena Strategic Partners Sdn. Bhd. or its parent group.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent. Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials provided during their programme for personal professional development only.
08 Confidentiality
Precena treats all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law. Equally, any proprietary frameworks or materials shared by Precena must not be disclosed or reproduced beyond the scope of the engagement.
09 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Precena Strategic Partners Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Precena Strategic Partners Sdn. Bhd., its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of this website in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
11 Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links to external websites provided for convenience only. Precena does not endorse or take responsibility for the content or privacy practices of any third-party websites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
12 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. We will endeavour to resolve disputes amicably in the first instance.
13 Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
