Applied AI for Managers is designed for leaders who may already be using AI personally, but are still figuring out how to apply it meaningfully across their teams. This programme helps managers move beyond scattered experimentation by building a clear understanding of how AI can support team productivity through better workflows, smarter task design, and practical decision-making. It focuses on helping participants distinguish what should be automated, what should be enhanced by AI, and what should remain human-led, so they can identify AI opportunities that truly create value at team level.
Through the programme, participants will learn how to assess team readiness, prioritise high-value use cases, select suitable tools, and structure simple pilots with measurable outcomes. Guided by a practical 30 Day AI Adoption Roadmap, managers will leave with a clearer mental model of team-level AI adoption, 2 to 3 defined use cases for their team, and an actionable plan they can communicate clearly to both leadership and team members.

- 1 seat： RM1,200+SST (RM1,200+SST/day)
- 2 seats： RM2,160+SST (RM1,080+SST/seat/day) *10% discount
- 3 seats & above: RM2,880+SST (RM960+SST/seat/day) *20% discount
